I almost feel like vendors try to not let you find this memory.
If you think about it Apple is placing SO-DIMM RAM which was intended for laptops into its desktop. Very unusual but it definitely makes sense from a size perspective. However it is always more challenging to find the right RAM using other sites tools to determine the \best fit for your machine. Well if you have a 2008 iMac these chips are smoking. It runs my iMac like a champ at least for the last month. I will see over time if there are any other issues. [...] Enjoy

This is by far the best investment I've made since my Imac. If you have a Mac(or pc) this is a great deal, it will increase productivity specially if you are running several applications at the same time. If you run Parralels or VM ware fusion, this will also make your life a lot easier. I actually run VMware fusion with vista (dont ask why) and the original ram(1gb) was not enough to keep full speed on both operating systems at the same time. Now with 4gb it's more than enough to get things done fast.

Memory works fine in my Tecra M5 (667MHz). Also tested this memory in a Dell D620 (667MHz) and D630 (800MHz) with no problems. This is fast CAS5 memory if your system will adjust it's timings to the SPD on the memory, but none of these systems took advantage of the faster timings so I can't tell you what the performance gain would be. For those who want to know, here are the SPD timings from the memory.
