I brought this mop for the first time, and the sprayer handle broke on me. I called customer service, and they gave me some tips to fix and maintain it. But I still have to exchange for a new one. I have the new one for over a month now. It works perfectly. Here are some tips:
1. Dont ever leave solution in the bottle. The cleaning solution will sink and clog the system resulting in breaking the sprayer. And the handle wont work if the sprayer is clogged.
2. I rinse out my mop every time with hot water. Just put a bit of hot water in after you used it. Spray and mop a few times just to make sure there is no cleaning solution left in the sprayer and the system.
3. Dilute your cleaning solution. It only calls for 2 teaspoon per bottle. I only use about 1 teaspoon and I fill half of it with hot water before I pour in the cleaning solution.
It sounds like a lot of work, but I believe it's less work than a bucket mop and getting my hands all dirty and wet every time I want to clean the floor. Plus it's eco friendly compare to swifter. It's awesome for everyday cleaning. Though for very deep cleaning (since I have a dog), I still use the bucket and brush.

I too loved this mop till the sprayer stopped spraying.I came on here to see if there were any ideas to fix this mop without taking back to the store.To be honest I left water and pine-sol mixed correctly as instructions in the bottle ,which per instructions should have been cleaned out- OOPs-Thank goodness I kept the instruction booklet and said to remove the cap and little spray nozzle on the mop and rinse with hot water, i also rinsed the inside of red mop cup and held the trigger down to clean it.Put it back together and now it works like new.Took less then 5 minutes to fix !!! I will not leave any cleaning solution in it again!!!In fact I will rinse out before putting away. I think it would be easier to soak and rinse microfiber pad in floor cleaning solution and use the spray for hot water only. I am glad I have my working mop back!!!!

I just bought this at Walmart for $19.99. It has a $5 rebate inside also. Works ok for a quick mop but I'll still use a mop and bucket for a deep clean. I like to use really hot water and a drop of soap/cleanser with vinegar so this works fine. I didn't like that it sprayed about a foot or two ahead of the mop head as I'd rather have it spray a few inches in front (I kept spraying the cupboards). Seems to drip from somewhere so that I'll see water drops on the floor where I've already mopped. I like it better than wet Swiffer since those pad didn't clean much before getting too dry.

worst of its kind on the market

The best mop so far!
I love this mop. I have used Swifer and Libman's mops similar to this, but the reason I like this better than them is that you can use a dry disposable sheet with this also. Read more
