UPDATED 4 DEC 2011: Please see my review for the Extra Strength (light blue box) version, and you'll see that I've finally solved my life-long stye curse. You don't actually need to buy anything at all -- just change a couple of habits AND YOU WILL BE STYE FREE FOREVER!!!!!!!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I can't live without these pads. Started using them a year ago, desperate to find something to help prevent my chronic periodic styes. These really work. I use every day, morning and night. I cut each pad into 3 pieces and use one at a time -- only takes a second to snip it, and the box lasts 3 times as long. You don't need a full pad at a time. After applying, I rinse it off one lid and leave it on the other more troublesome lower lid. It doesn't burn, feels fine, more of a clean feeling than a burn. Look for the "Extra Strength" version in the light blue box -- it's WAYYYYYYY better and not all foamy like the regular type in the dark blue box. You should find the cost to be the same -- it is at my drug store. Verdict: LOVE 'EM. In the last year I've only had one stye, instead of my monthly battles!

For me this product is the best to combat Blepharitis. It is easy to use and cleans the lids exceptionally well.More expensive than the cotton bud/baby shampoo approach but for me much more effective.

These scrubs are hard to find . They were recommended by my ophthalmologist for scrubbing my eyelids everyday . The best price I found was through Amazon . They are non-irritating , effective and especially handy when you travel . Good service from the company too .

Excellent product, works very well and doesn't irritate my eyes as the Eye Scrub pads did.

My son has a chronic eye infection; at age 3 it appeared and put him in the hospital. We struggled to keep it under control till an eye doctor suggested Ocusoft eyelid scrubs. With daily use we've had far fewer problems than before. It also does not irritate my son's eyes the way cleaning with a no tears shampoo did (another eye doctor's recommendation).
Looks like we'll be using Ocusoft for a long time to come. I cannot find it in the drugstore anymore, so I'll be ordering online.

I have been using ocusoft pads since 1998 when I had eye surgery. The problem I've had is that they are hard to find. Well I found them at Amazon.com and what a relief. I ordered, the items were shipped in areasonable amount of time and I will continue to order from Amazom.com. Thank you

I was originally told by my opthalmologist to use baby shampoo and Q-tips to clean my eyes; despite the "no more tears" label, my eyes were irritated. So I bought these and tried them...and they worked with no irritation whatsoever. I will buy these again!

Six months ago, I had never heard of blepharitis. I only knew that
my eyelids got very red and sore from time to time, making contact-lens wear painful, if not impossible. During a routine visit to my optometrist, this condition was diagnosed, and I was given a sample of Ocusoft pads to treat it.

I was so pleased with the results that after my sample supply was exhausted, I began buying Ocusoft pads from Amazon (they're sometimes available at drug stores, but Amazon is far more reliable).

I'm happy to say that my blepharitis is under control, thanks to Ocusoft.
The pre-moistened pads are gentle, easy to use, and part of my daily routine. If you have been diagnosed with blepharitis or have other eyelid or contact-lens issues, I'd suggest that you make Ocusoft pads
part of your daily routine.

My eyelid was swollen, crusty, and painful. I didn't have pinkeye. I just had a nasty bactererial infection from scratching my arm with eczema through the night, and waking up rubbing my eye of sleep. A first mistake on my part. I'm usually good with this kind of thing, but I was tired I tried the foam stuff, Theralid, and it hurt to use it. After a day of using it, I was in more pain than before buying it The next day, after a little research, I got OCuSoft lid scrub pads. I started using it by 1pm and No smell and no pain. I used it as directed. By 1am, my swelling was gone, as was the eyelid pain. I took a nap and woke up without my eye swollen, puffy and crusted. I couldn't believe it. That is some wonderful stuff. I will use the entire box, because I read on other sites that even though the symptoms may be gone, to keep using it regardless. Also, refrain from touching your eyelid, eyes, etc, unless your hands are clean. I must say again, GREAT STUFF I'm a new fan and I see (no pun intended)that the reviews were correct about this lid cleaner.

Easy to use and work great for cleaning your eyes lids. No more red/dry eyes caused by allergies for me.
