A good cable!,

Especially for the price, which is almost nothing. However, as someone pointed out, you need software to go with this cable so it can connect the phone to the PC. You need to download Samusung PC Studio (you can find it on Brothersoft) and install that, update it and then connect the phone via the USB cable and you're good to go! The PC Studio is very intuitive and makes it simple to work with files.

After you get this cable and download the PC studio, you will also need a "mini SD" card to put into your phone.

This cable allows transfer of all files between PC and phone, But you have to download the right version of PC Studio, SGH A777 is not compatible with recent PC Studio versions. Go back to PC Studio 3, version 3.2.3.IE2, try that for a start. (Be sure to scan with a virus scanner before opening.
You can also charge the phone through the USB port with this cable. Shame on Samsung for not including this and the software with the phone. (But I'd never buy another Samsung product anyway--that's another topic for review!!) Bottom line, this cheap cable is as good as any of the super expensive ones.
