I purchased this TV stand to fit in our new home where we had a specific recessed hole above the fireplace to fit our 40" widescreen TV but had limited height, and this TV stand was PERFECT in width and height so that our cable box and DVD player fit perfectly on each side of this unit. It came on time and was packaged professionally. It was very easy to put together. I would highly recommend this item.

I got the larger unit and love it. I have 2 large monitors on it and a Lipper organizer under it. My desk looks clean, neat and organized all the time. The black matches the bamboo file drawers and organizer.
