I have owned this bag since 2007. I've flown more than 300,000 miles with this bag. NOTHING has broken yet.

The title says it all. This bag is built like a brick house.
The bag's zippers - which are traditionally a carry-on's Achilles heal - are thick and have resisted being mashed (and thus unzip-able.) Some of the stitching is triple stitched, the rest is double stitched. There are handles all over this bag so you can grab it from any angle (pulling it out of a jammed overhead bin or from among a mass of other bags at the baggage claim.)
Bottom line - This is the tank of bags. I have successfully flown hundreds of thousands of miles with this suitcase - it still zips and it still rolls smoothly when my Tumi, Mandarina Duck and Samsonite bags have failed.
As long as OGIO keeps making bags like this, I won't buy from another company.
