5.0 out of 5 stars Great First Life Vest
I've never had my own life vest and decided this one would work wonderfully. I will say that these vests run very small though. I ordered a Large after reading a review of this. I wish I had gone for the extra large. If you had a bust of larger than 34c, you WILL need at least an extra large. Other than the size, it fits wonderfully and looks well made. Love this product!

3.0 out of 5 stars Waaaay too small!
I bought one of these for my daughter in a small. In other brands, an adult small is a 32-36 inch chest size. This one says 30-33 inches and that is probably an exaggeration. My daughter, who still fits into her "youth" 26-29 Body Glove, cannot get into this one. So order at least one full size up. Two sizes up would be better. I have to return this one as it...

3.0 out of 5 stars Sizing is not true to size, August 9, 2010

I am 5'2" tall at 115 pounds. I generally wear a small in everything. Unfortunately, this vest was way TOO small for me and I had to return it at my cost of $10. This product should have stated more specific sizing in the description such as height, weight, and chest size. Had the vest fit me, I most likely would have enjoyed wearing it.

Just as all the other reviews have stated, this life jacket fits TOO SMALL, so be sure to size up. I had to return it and get the next bigger size which was unfortunate because they didn't have the color I wanted in the larger size :( Also, the colors are inaccurate on one of the pictures. The Black/Grey/Blue that it shows in the picture actually came in as Black/Black/Coal with purple piping, which is actually very pretty :) Other than the size discrepancies, it was comfortable and did not restrict arm and neck movement, although it did ride up a bit when I was in water.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good Quality, just a little short, December 2, 2011

Great vest, looks great, great quality. Only down side is, it's a little on the short side. All life vests seem to be that way though. They really need to make them about an inch longer!!! Otherwise it's perfect!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Water Nut, March 4, 2011
Great Vest, I purchased it for my Wife and she love it. It runs a little small so I bought her the next size up and it still fits a little tight but at least she won't drown. Great Vest for the price.

I purchased this PFD because I suffer from seizures and I wanted to be able to swim.

So It started out ok, but in less than a month I lost quite a few inches and This one was less expensive than the neoprene one, and promised that there would be NO chafing or digging and would be just as comfortable during water activities.

I gave it a 3 star rating because it did come in the colors I chose, but the sizes seem to be smaller than they claim to be, and are not easily adjustable or Not at all adjustable once you reach a certain thin ness.

So Tonight it ended up poking me in the under arms and chafing the skin. It does work for all intense purposes, however because of the size thing and the lack of adjustability, I kind of wish I would have bought one that was covered in neoprene.
