4.0 out of 5 stars Damn fine paradigm book, February 21, 2000

This review is from: *OP Artisans Handbook (Mage) (Paperback)
This is an excellent source for perspective on how the artisan paradigm of the Artisans and the Craftmasons sees the world, its art, and the future of the Order. Light on game mechanics, it may not be everyone's ball of wax, but I recently handed it to a player of mine who was having some difficulty wrapping his head around his Artisan's paradigm and it proved to be just what he needed.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Craftman's Guide, June 26, 2003
This review is from: *OP Artisans Handbook (Mage) (Paperback)
The Artisan's Handbook is a must for storytellers and players who are interested in integrating or using artisans in their games. The focus is on the High Artisans and Craftmasons, but any craftsman regardless of association can utilize the philosophies and practices. The paradigm of the forefathers of Iteration X are laid out in an organized manner which is very helpful for those confused with how a scientific paradigm can be used with magick. Creation of Renaissance-era devices are tough but guidelines are provided to help you out. A collection of sample devices and notable Artisans are also included in the book for your enjoyment.
