I used this teeth whitening product for about a year, and I loved the results. My teeth have white spots on them from when I wore braces, and this was the cheapest option my dentist gave me to make them blend in. I used the gel for an hour every other day for a month. Then about every 6-8 weeks (depending on my tooth color), I followed up with another bleaching. Just a warning if you have sensitive teeth, this made my teeth really sore at first, and it was hard to eat anything really hot or cold the morning after I used it. My dentist gave me some fluoride gel to use on the nights I didn't bleach, and that seemed to help. I also found that if I only left the trays in for 45 minutes, and didn't use it every night, it didn't make my teeth quite so sensitive.

Overall I was very satisfied with the results. I would suggest keeping an extra pack of syringes on hand in case your teeth begin to darken again. I still drink coffee & brown drinks a lot, so that could be why I had that problem though.

I have read many of these reviews where everyone says they received product that expired in 07.

On the back of the top of the container you will see a serial number. If you are using the 10%,15% or 35% version, it will look exactly like this... #20001.5 051807. the last 6 digits are not an expiration date. They are inventory stock numbers. 10 years from now if this product still exists, it will say 051807. It doesn't make the product 13 years old.

My dentist recommended Opalescence. It must be used with custom made trays, however. I recall that was $200 to get those made. He also recommended I start with 10% to test my sensitivity. I had no reaction to 10% but 15% just starts to leave me a little sore after a nights use - of course, it's 50% stronger! I've stayed at 15% and deal with the small amount of soreness, which usually disappears after a day.

Still, the results have been remarkable, especially considering I drink coffee and smoke. This product, used regularly over night, has made my teeth whiter than they've been since I was a child. People actually asked me if I'd had dental work done because my smile looked so good.

Highly recommended. Start with 10% if you haven't used this before. I think my dentist was right to suggest that.

I was getting ready to buy more gel and was shopping around....I had bought from this site a several months ago...it seemed that the consistency was too thick but I used it with rather minimal results..now I found out why..thanks to another purchaser I looked at the expiration date..it had expired in May 07, I purchased mine in 09! buyer beware...I would rather pay another seller more for my product.

This is the same product I have gotten from my dentist for years. This is much cheaper and identical.
It is perfectly fresh. I use it for touch ups since my teeth have already been professionally whitened.
Keep the unused syringes in fridge. The 15% is perfect for me, without burning my gums. I use it overnight.
Be careful, don't overfill trays,a stronger version is not necessarily better or faster and can burn.

I used this product from the dentist several years ago- It definitely whitens your teeth using the trays from the dentist. It is faster I think than the whitening strips. I received my order quickly in a protected package.

Very quick delivery. Great price. I used 10% teeth whitener before this purchase from the dentist. This is my first time using the 15% whitening gel. Noticed my teeth are sensitive with the use of the higher percentage, so I know I won't use a higher strength than the 15%. Did see results with just one overnight application. Couldn't find an expiration date on the package, but seems pretty fresh to me. I do recommend this purchase through Amazon.

I usually buy this product at the dentist, and the price at this site was a fraction of what I usually pay. The shipping was a complete rip-off, though, as I paid about $15 when it cost them $2 to ship it to me. This cut in to some of my savings, but overall, I did still save money. I certainly would never buy a product at its regular price from this company.
