I have had one of these for a few years now. I bought one when I had some bad back pain due to 4 herniated discs. I use mine in my car and bring it in to work every day. I purchased this one for my father who started to have back problems. When he got it and started using it (at home, in the car, etc.) he said he started to feel relief right away. All chairs, car seating, and sofas have poor designs for correct back support. This does the trick. I personally remove the positioning strap as it just got in teh way for me.

I HAVE PURCHASED THREE OF THESE OVER THE YEARS. I FINALLY FIGURED OUT TO BUY IT FROM AMAZON AND PAY HALF OF WHAT IT COSTS AT A STORE LIKE RELAX THE BACK.

Cannot recommend this, very hard, and I used it in the car, very hard, so it hurt. Cannot recommend this at all. Also, please note that you cannot return this product once removed from the plastic bag, but this is not made evident until if ou try to return it. Cannot recommend this product at all.

Love this product. Use one in the car and in my office chair. I would highly recommend to anyone having to sit for long periods of time who feels even slight discomfort in the lower back. Alleviates pressure and helps you sit up straighter all day. A bit weird to get used to at first, but eventually it becomes second nature to adjust when you sit. cut off the strap its useless unless you want to look ridiculous strapping it to your body. too much up and down to warrant. One downside is that like all pillows they wear out. About every 7-8 months you can start to tell a difference in the consistency. Nevertheless, I continue to buy it. Better to spend [...] bucks once a year than other expensive remedies for an aching lower back.

When U have back pain Y seek out all the information U can to find a product that might work for U. Well this is the one! It is all that is says it is ... and then some!

I would highly recommend it to anyone with back paim.

This is a useful item in making up for the terrible ergonomics that exist in office chairs and vehicle seats. I instantly feel better when I'm seated for long periods of time, particularly as my job requires extensive travel all over the state. If you suffer from herniated lumbar discs as I do, it's definitely something you want to have close at hand.

If you have back pain Or anykind of pain when sitting. This product works well. U can put it behind your back/lumbar area. Or if it hurts your legs/butt, to sit...You can also put it under your butt too.
I would suggest this product to people w/ nerve damage, back pain, or siatic pain too

The McKenzie Lumbar Roll is not designed well. When I fit it over the back of my chair the roll doesn't stay where I position it. It flops down. So every time I sit back I have to adjust it. I would not recommend this product.

15.5" long x 6" wide x 2.5" deep, not 8 x 8 x 4 as described. Good comfortable support for some locations. Not deep enough for others. Depends on where you plan to use it.

The pillow is too small and the velcro strip won't stay put. Keeps riding up with the cover and loses contact with the chair. Too much money for this product...a rolled up towel works better for support of the lower back.
