The title of my review says it all. This product is a total scam. It DOES NOT work like they say it will, in fact it doesn't work AT ALL, it does NOTHING. I don't know whats in it but it sure as heck isn't whats printed on the box. When you do research on Orexis you see all these outstanding testimonials for it especially on the mensblogtalk site. But funny thing is when you try to post a negative review there it doesn't even get posted! That site is clearly owned and moderated by Urban Nutrition, something I should have realized before buying since most of the top rated products are from them. Thank goodness Amazon lets you actually post the truth about this crap, and believe me it is CRAP! The 30 day money back guarantee is a joke too, it's 30 days "from the invoice date" and they have to receive the product within that 30 days, which is damn near impossible if it takes 2 weeks from the invoice date to even get to you, and then by the time you actually test it out for a week or 2 it's too late to get any refund. Stay away, far away from this bogus product and don't get suckered in like I did. If you want something that actually works try Vigor-RX.

I am nearly at the end of the second box and have noticed no change at all, should have been suspicious when there were no specifics on the ingredients. I have had success with other products but nothing with Orxis, only use this as a very last resort but I would not recommend it.

60 year old male in very good health and good condition but fading libedo. Have taken 2 capsules of Orexis per day for last 30 days with no decernable effect. The possibity of a minor change is the only reason for the 2 instead of a zero or 1 star.

No side effects so the possiblity that some of the contents might have a long term value might make this product worthwhile if cost is not a consideration. Otherwise, suspect that off-the-shelf vitamens might be equally good and effective.

Their website claims that you will experience immediate results. I used it for 30 days and experienced no difference in my erections. This is just another product making claims it can't back up...don't waste your money.

I'm an athletic 49 year-old, and on a mild anti-depressant. The anti-depressant turned my life around, but made it take much longer to reach orgasm, and I noticed a definite decrease in my sexual drive overall. I read a ton of reviews of "male enhancement" products (at least the ones I could find that weren't written by the sellers themselves) and did as much research as I could on-line. I decided to give Orexis a try because its main benefits were to increase libido and penile sensitivity, and provide firmer erections. I noticed a definite difference within about 1 week or so of taking the recommended 2 pills/day. My wife noticed that I am definitely harder and a little bigger around. I can orgasm in a reasonable 15-20 minutes again, not after 45 minutes of pounding away, making my wife sore, and making me exhausted in the process. And I can orgasm twice in one day like I used to, instead of having to wait a couple days to feel horny again. I haven't experienced ANY negative side-effects.

These were my reasons for finding something, not because I had an ED problem (which I never did, either before of after I started on my anti-depressant). I think that most of the negative reviews about this product are from guys who have more serious ED problems, and they keep trying one product after another, only to find that it doesn't work for them. The doctors and manufacturers do say that ED meds like Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, end even these "natural male enhancement" products don't always work for everyone. And Orexis isn't necessarily just supposed to make you get an erection - it's supposed to enhance what you can already achieve on your own.

I've been using Orexis for several months now, usually taking just one pill per day, and then 2 more an hour or two before having sex. I have rock hard erections throughout intercourse, and my head feels like its going to blow off when I orgasm. Maybe it's just my wife and I having a great time, but boy are they ever powerful and long-lasting!! I am planning to order some more, but I just went to the Urban Nutrition website to see what they were charging, and they say that the product has been discontinued. I think that's why Amazon is selling them at a discount. So my question is, why has it been discontinued? I sure hope there is something else out there that will work for me once my supply of these runs out...................

This will cause the opposite effect; I call it "sudden deflation"; or else total wet noodle.

I take Viramax on a daily basis but take Orexis occasionally, maybe once or twice a week when I need a little extra boost. Take it about 45-60 minutes before and and I get the most amazing erections and tingling feeling. Definitely gets me super hard all the way to completion

It does work. My husband had serious doubts but 45 minutes after the first pill, WOW. I had hoped it was real but doubted also. Had told him he needed to do "something", his frustration made matters worse. No longer doubt, very noticeable difference and he is not even taking every day. Much firmer, more satisfying and his worries are gone which also improves his performance. We are back to ealier years, thank goodness I took the risk and bought these pills for him. I didnt want him longer, he has enough of that, just was losing the firmness he always had, this took care of that perfectly. Will definately keep buying this product.

Orexis dietary supplemant has helped to put the lead back in the pencil (penis).

It is great also for stopping the bleeding of hemmorids.

Works better than Viagra (for me).
