I never write these reviews, but thought I should in this case to prevent someone else from buying this piece of crud laundry cart. I ordered one and the FIRST time I went to roll it across the floor, one of the wheels broke off. There is no way to fix the wheel without welding the thing on. The company that shipped it, AAA, was wonderful and quickly replaced the cart. Things were going well for a few months until this morning when I rolled the cart down to the laundry room and *snap*, one of the wheels popped off AGAIN. Do not waste your money on this.

I ordered this cart twice. One arrived with a broken wheel (from Get Organized), and the replacement cart also had a broken wheel (from Taylor Gifts). Neither box had ANY protective packing materials. After several phone calls, I did receive a free return label from Taylor gifts. I'll keep the one from Get Organized because returning it will cost me too much time, effort, and money. The cart is now lopsided, and the remaining 2 wheels won't come off. I'm left with a canvas laundry bag insert, which ultimately cost me $29.95!

I had been using a plastic laundry basket ever since I started doing laundry, which was too many years ago to count. I was just tired of picking up the basket, laden with clothes. This basket rolls very easily over hard floors or carpet, and it fits right into my bathroom closet. It holds a sufficient amount of clothes to make it useful. I recommend it without reservation. :)

I bought this item because it has wheels. The problem is that the wheels break off--easily. One of mine came off about a month after I received the product. Now I have a "leaning tower of Pisa" laundry basket with three wheels. Clearly, it is not very well constructed. Given that and what I had to go through to rectify the problem, I would not recommend this product.

I purchased this due to me having surgery and I felt it would be better to move than to pick up.
I am a single person, so at no time was it really overloaded.
Wheels fell off after 2 months and could not find replacement. I ended up throwing out.

Nothing is wrong with the hamper. It's too small for my need since it only holds about two loads, but it's my fault for not checking the dimension closely. As for workmanship, i'd give it a five star rating, but for satisfaction, it's a four.

I live in an apartment building with a laundry room and I wanted to be able to wheel my laundry down there. The first time I tried one of the wheels caught and broke off. I then twisted the other 3 right off like it was nothing, they are welded on by one little piece of metal, no screws or anything. I still use it as a hamper but the wheels are useless.

This is just what I was looking for...received it with 3 broken wheels.

My husband went to the hardware store and bought 4 GOOD wheels and fixed it
so I could have the hamper that I've wanted. Would not recommend unless you
want to do the same. Very disappointed with the quality. It cost $20 to fix.

I ordered this laundry basket way back in early July. First of all, it arrived several days late. Then, when I opened the box, one of the wheels had broken off! The box had no padding whatsoever; in fact, it was actually two boxes taped together, and was really not big enough for the basket. The box was misshapen and warped and very difficult to tape back up. I called Taylor Gifts the first of August, and they said they would send me a new basket and a label to return my broken one. A week passed, and neither came. So I called to just return this one, and they agreed to email a label instead. The VERY next day, I get a postcard in the mail saying my order had been cancelled August 4! They hadn't told me this when I called, they had told me my basket was merely on backorder. Needless to say, this whole transaction resulted in frustration and wasted my time. Do not buy from this company! If you buy this product, ask for extra padding.

The size is very disapointing! It is a very long way from being a jumbo! And it was sent with no packing to protect it from the Ahole shippers!When It arrived hear the box was mangled,The packing list was gone and the casters were broken off!
The seller called me to ask about the basket and said they would send replacements.Yhat was three weeks ago.So I figer they only care about MONEY not the custermer. SO I WOULD SUGJEST YOU BY SOME PLACE ELSE.
