I gave this a five star since it does what it's supposed to do! It is designed for a larger type pole, but a simple solution is to cut a piece of PVC to fit what you have. Super easy to put in the ground. Holds your umbrella just fine. The thumb screw works just fine to hold things. What else is there to say? It's an umbrella holder and it does what it's supposed to do with ease.
