I've tried the Detox/7DFB combo for one week now. I have noticed no adverse side effects, such as jitteriness. I've dropped about two pounds without doing anything differently, though I'm sure some of that is water weight. My appetite seems to have decreased a bit, and I've also noticed an increase in bowel "activity" due to the detox ingredients, no doubt. It's a bit difficult taking 10 pills, twice a day, with a large amount of water, but if I continue to get results, it's certainly worth continuing. I'm going to take a week off and then try another seven-day round before I draw conclusions about these products.

I tried both products and am satisfied with them. Detox does not clear acne though. I felt so much better after taking both the detox and 7 DFB, that i will continue to use it. I lost about 7 lbs in about 2 weeks and continue to lose weight at a healthy pace. What a difference!!!

I bought the combo of Orovo detox and the 72 hour weight loss. I lost not an ounce on the 72 hour pills and I couldn't take the Orovo detox because it made me too jittery and I also found that I coudn't sleep. So I don't know if I could have lost weight on it or not.

This like most diet pills do not work. I got sick and gained weight. Really expensive and causes gas and indigestion. The only diet pill that did work was super slim pomegranate. Lost like 45lbs in less than 2 months.I started at 205 now I'm 140 and I only took them for 4 months.

Didn't do anything for me at all, I'd recommend to anyone not to waste their money on it, but every body is not the same and though it did nothing for me, it may help someone.

i didnt have any negative side, effects, but i simply didnt lose any weight. i wish i had spent the money on a mini trampoline to excercise while i watched tv! oh well.

This product does what it says. It helps remove the toxins and renew your body. I haven't had the obvious weightloss described in other reviews, but I feel better every day and without the jitters of other diet drugs. K
