4.0 out of 5 stars Sore feet no more!
I had tried this product in the store several times prior to buying it. It is great. Only complaint would be that the bottom of the feet don't get too much attention. But if you move your feet into different positions, you can get a good massage. I have a foot injury and this really helps manage the pain.

I tried this out in Brookstone for 5 minutes before I bought it. For about 5 or 10 minutes, it does feel good.

At home I tried it for 20 minutes, and unfortunately the part that squeezes and massages the ankle starts to really hurt. It doesn't change the area it's working on, so the massage soon becomes a painful ordeal. The ankle bones, or whatever those knobs that jut out of our ankles are officially called, get the worst of it.

On subsequent uses I tried to only use it for 10 minutes and also wore thick socks however my ankles still remembered the intense pain from the first time and I never could get comfortable again. Plus it only massages the same parts of the foot over and over, while other parts are just sitting there wondering what the rest of the foot is up to.

If you can, try this out in a store before you buy it. I don't know if they'll let you go for 20 minutes or not but that would be the best way of experiencing this for yourself. Perhaps your ankle protrusions won't line up the same way mine did and it will work better for you, who knows. The soles of your feet still won't get much attention though.

I ended up returning this massager within a week.

1.0 out of 5 stars does not stand behind products, April 7, 2010
This review is from: OSIM iSqueez Calf and Foot Massager
For three months I have been trying to get a refund and I have given up since they no longer respond to my inquery as to why I have not received the refund.
Sent as a gift directly to my daughter who said quality was more like Lillian Vernon product and that noise was excessive. She returned it to Brookstone, but Brookstone still has my money.
