This scope has amazing value. I would guess something like this would be in the $600-$1,000++ range. But for under $200 you just can't pass this up. It's built extremely well. I would compare the quality and lens clarity to my Nikon Bushmaster scope. Wind, elev, and parallax knobs are sturdy when fastened properly, zoom is very smooth, and the red/green infinite variable illuminated mil-dot is phenomenal. The pop up lens covers are see through for speedy shooting.

One thing I was skeptical of before purchasing was the beginning magnification of 10x and it's minimum range ability. I've found with the parallax adjustment, which acts as a focus, you can shoot a minimum of about 20-25 yards. I hope this helps someone.

I foresee demand increasing, which means price will increase. So when they are back in stock I'd get one ASAP!

Excellent clarity. It has a very functional and adaptable light-up reticle the works very nicely in low-light conditions. The scope is big, but hey, 10-40x zoom at this price doesn't get much smaller. The scope itself looks sweet in person, and the paint is non reflective, as promised. I put up a picture (the AR-15 with the green handle and buttstock), check it out to get an idea.
