I bought these to replace a beloved pair of Palladium Kassel flats that I wore to death and can no longer find for sale. The shoes seem to be based on exactly the same design, right down to the rectangular stitching on the back. My old shoes were a kind of soft crinkly leather and these are thicker and stiffer, but perhaps with time they will also feel like slippers. I could live without the brand stamped on the side, but on the black leather it's pretty subtle so these will still be appropriate for work.

I've had a similar pair of Palladium shoes for four year and love them. I ordered these since the soles were getting pretty worn on my older pair. Since my older pair were a size 8 1/2 I figured I'd be safe ordering the same size since these are the same brand. Well, that was a mistake! These were huge compared to my older pair. Honestly, they felt a whole size larger when I tried them on. I returned this pair and didn't order another size b/c I didn't want to pay shipping to keep returning shoes that don't fit. I ended up having my old pair re-soled and I'm so glad I did.

I love these shoes except that they are a little narrow for my reasonably wide feet - my feet REALLY hurt the first day I wore them. I am planning on getting them stretched and will see how that goes. I normally do not have to buy wide shoes and do fine with the regular B width but my feet are on the wider side. I wouldn't recommend this shoe if you have wide feet, but if yours are regular or narrow, these are very cute and comfortable otherwise.

I gave these shoes to my daughter in another state as a gift for her birthday. (Amazon is fantastic fortlingit distance giving.) She was excited when she received them and reports that she wears them all the time.

Though the Park City shoe by OTBT looks like the Palladium model I was hoping to replace, there are distinct differences. The Palladium is soft leather and has a slightly wider toe box; it has a thicker sole which is nicely pliable and is sewn on; it has comfortable straps that fit lower on the foot. The OTBT version has a narrower toe box that is cut slightly lower on the foot, the leather is somewhat stiffer, the sole is thin, hard and stiff and is noisy when walking on hard surfaces; the sole is glued instead of sewn and the straps sit higher across the arch. I'm wishing Palladium would come back to the market. I won't buy the OTBT shoes again.

I really liked these, but I had to return them because I think that the elastic would have bothered my feet after wearing them all day. They're very comfortable otherwise, though.
