The jack is very heavy, built on a 5 ton frame with a 2 1/2 ton cylinder. The handle spring does not hold the handle upright, so it constantly falls toward the floor. It takes 3 strokes to reach the cross member on my truck, then another 25 stroke to get the wheels an inch off of the ground. It also takes quit a bit of effort to stroke the handle with weigth on the jack. I am sorry I made this purchase.
