This item has been difficult to find and purchase because the item is outdated and the manufacturer is no longer selling the bulb. None-the-less the lamp I have only uses this type of bulb. Thank you Amazon for selling.

These bulbs are hard to find, and Amazon prices were the best anywhere. These bulbs last for years and support a specialized lamp we purchased that provides great desk lighting, for reading small print.
