OXO Good Grips All-Purpose Squeegee

We've tried several Amazon offerings and this is simply the easiest, best one yet. It is wide enough to be useful, thin enough to reach behind shower riser bars and clear. The black Oxo seemed to leave black residue on limestone while the Cleret shower squeegee was so narrow that the blade curved at the edges. Finally, the dual bladed silicone model sounded like fingernails on the blackboard while drying.

If you want a squeegee for the shower, this is your item!!

We just remodeled our shower with solid surface walls and a clear glass door. This squeegee is doing a great job keeping the walls and door clean. It really cuts down on how often you have to clean with chemicals.

We like it so much, we are buying another one to use for our car to get the dew off in the morning.

Light weight with a soft blade. It does a great job. If I were to buy again, I would like a little wider version.

This squeege is of average quality. The rubber is kind of hard, so it doesn't flex and squeege water off as well as others.

which comes with an extra rubber strip, squeeges much better, and looks nicer. Although its much more expensive, it is worth the money.

I bought this and the Homeright EZ Dri and after a month or so of testing on my curved shower stall I eventually settled on the OXO squeegee. What did it for me was the clear rubber squeegee end of the OXO versus the black rubber of the Homeright. The Homeright EZ Dri was leaving my white shower stall walls with a black tint. I would have given the OXO five stars if it were as flexible as the EZ Dri but with pressure it does flex enough to clear my curved shower glass of most of the water.

I don't understand how some reviewers can give this a one star rating. It does exactly what it's supposed to, comes with a suction cup holder, and works better than a towel for cleaning glass shower doors.

It has a silicone (I think) edge, and works perfectly. For $6 you can't go wrong. If you're looking for a shower squeegee amongst the many offered on Amazon, this should be your top choice.

I have a shower with glass doors, and to avoid needless cleaning, I like to use a squeegee to remove the excess water after every shower. I have a Rubbermaid squeegee that is perfect, but it's going on three-years-old, seems to be discontinued, and has started to fall apart. Even so, it's still far better than the Oxo squeegee.

Ordering the Oxo squeegee online, I didn't realize until it arrived that I've tried this brand before and didn't like it, but given the positive reviews, I thought I'd give it a second chance. The memories immediately came back as to way I trashed the first one. I tried using the Oxo squeegee on three separate mornings, and each time, it not only failed to fully remove the water (instead leaving trails of water that leaves spots), it has left residue on the glass that is annoying to clean off, especially when the purpose of the thing is to reduce how much cleaning I need to do. The blade is also angled wrong or some other feature since it doesn't hold an edge against the side of the glass panel, which makes it constantly slide over to the metal frame when I try to get a clean swipe close to the edge.

My Rubbermaid squeegee has always done a fantastic job and it's annoying that I can't find another squeegee to replace it.

I bought this to replace a Rubbermaid one that had fallen onto the shower floor and cracked, and bought it based on the positive reviews here. We've only had this for a week, but it's one of the best shower squeegees we've ever used.

It took me a few uses to get used to it since the blade is shorter than the one we had been using. The blade also feels "softer" when you push it up against the shower glass, so it took me a few tries to get the right amount of pressure on it. Now that we've used it a few times, we can clean our two shower doors in just about a minute so that the water drips don't leave a residue.

I will try to remember to update my review in a few months so I can discuss how well it has held up. If it is anything like the other Good Grips products that we already have, though, then I'm sure it will hold up really well.

So I tested this guy out right after taking it out the package. Me and my wife get a lot of condensation on the windows of our studio apartment and I wanted to get rid of all this excess humidity, which comes in part from not having a bathroom fan with a timer or a range hood for our cooking. I didn't really plan all that much when attacking the random panes I chose in the video, now I know to work on the top ones before the bottom ones, because water falls right, :-p. Enjoy!

This is the 3rd, and best, shower squeegee I've ever had. It really wipes the water off the glass! It does a really "tight" job and doesn't leave any lines or drops of water behind. It is compact and the "holder" keeps it handy. Highly recommend.
