5.0 out of 5 stars Handiest thing you didn't know you needed!
I bought one of these on a whim because it was cheap and I was making something that required 2 tbs of several ingredients. It seemed pretty monofunctional, but I didn't care - it was for fun, right? 1.0 out of 5 stars WRONG PRICE FOR THIS?
I think there may be a problem with the pricing on this item. Perhaps this was what you were charging for a set of three.

I bought one of these on a whim because it was cheap and I was making something that required 2 tbs of several ingredients. It seemed pretty monofunctional, but I didn't care - it was for fun, right? But this has turned out to be one of my favorite kitchen tools! It's a million times easer to use than measuring spoons, and it seems to be significantly more accurate, which is important for the exacting science that is baking. What's more, instead of having to wash three or four measuring spoons (all dripping milk, vanilla, or orange juice concentrate all over your cooking space), you just have one little cup to wash! Anyone who cooks on a regular basis should have one of these, and everyone who enjoys cooking, even if infrequently, will wonder how they ever lived without it!

5.0 out of 5 stars A brilliant redesign of a basic tool, February 28, 2005

(REAL NAME)
The first time I saw one of these, I picked it up and said, "Oh, isn't that clever." Then I put it back on the shelf and forgot about it. This went on for months. Then one day, my husband brought two home.

And everything changed.

Okay, the sky didn't turn plaid. The space time continum didn't unravel. Instead, I went from an awkward system of filling shotglasses up to the top of the logo and adding in a teaspoon and a half, to a quick, simple system of just measuring the exact amount I needed without thinking about it.

The angled measuring cup is just brilliant. I had no idea how useful it would be until I used it. Trust me on this one. It'll change the way you cook - for the better.

I've found these sturdy plastic cups are top rack dishwasher safe as well as occasionally microwave safe. The quantities are clearly labeled and easy to read. The moulded front pour results in no spills or dribbles.

Basically, if you're looking for a way to measure fairly precise quantities under 4 ounces, I can't recommend the Oxo Measuring Cup highly enough. Try one - it's cheap - and just see if you don't replace all your measuring cups with Oxo.

5.0 out of 5 stars great for medical purposes, August 2, 2010
This review is from: OXO Good Grips 1/4 Cup Mini Angled Measuring Cup
My husband has dementia due to chemicals in Iraq and I use this to give him his medications because he tends to bite down hard on the cup and it doesn't break. The marking on the side shows milliliters as well as teaspoons. It also allows me to give him ice and small amounts of liquids easier. The point on the cup goes into his mouth so even if he bites down and clamps down the liquid can still go in. I bought my first set at Target several years ago and have used them for all kinds of things but now as a Nurse and caregiver I find them terrific for Medical purposes.

5.0 out of 5 stars won't be without, March 20, 2011
This review is from: OXO Good Grips 1/4 Cup Mini Angled Measuring Cup
I already had a glass shot glass measuring cup from a gardening supplier that I use in my greenhouse; but hubby thought this would be handy for me. Turns out to be one of the best tools in the kitchen. Now it's time to buy a couple for the greenhouse. Like other reviewers, I found it to be the go to tool for any small liquid measure - and all those years of using measuring spoons and the mess. Might be time to replace my pyrex, too.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent, February 17, 2011
This review is from: OXO Good Grips 1/4 Cup Mini Angled Measuring Cup
This is great for measuring spirits for cocktails. You can look straight down into it and easily see the measurements. I've bought three of these so far and they've been very durable.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for Small Measurements, February 1, 2011
This review is from: OXO Good Grips 1/4 Cup Mini Angled Measuring Cup
After using the OXO Good Grips Angled Measuring Cup, Set of 3, I was thrilled to come across this tiny version of the angled measuring cups. I find my self using it over and over.

Being able to view it from the top or the sides makes it so easy to use and more accurate than picking it up to read the side and hoping you are holding it level. It has the perfect measurements for small amounts and marks off up to a quarter cup as well as tablespoons.

I would recommend this cup to everyone who cooks. I have used this cup multiple times a day since I purchased it. I love the fact that it measures ounces as well as tablespoons. This has been a real time saver for me and am going to order more to give as gifts. I LOVE THIS MEASURING CUP.

5.0 out of 5 stars Bartender's Dream, August 10, 2010
This review is from: OXO Good Grips 1/4 Cup Mini Angled Measuring Cup
These cute little measuring cups are every Bartender's dream! Forget all the different sized jiggers that can be confusing and clog up bar space. With 1 of these containers you get all the measurements you will need to make a standard drink. The only addition I had to make was a mark for 3/4 ounce. That was a simple line inbetween the 1/2 ounce and 1 ounce line. This even allows you to add more than 1 ingredient at a time before adding to the mixing glass. Makes my life as a Bartender easier and making drinks a breeze.
