A welcome replacement to my old hardware-store bargain-bin scraper+brush combo, the thick handle is easy to grip while wearing gloves (without the resulting ache from having to hold tight to a too-narrow handle).

The brush is long enough for a decent reach on my cars but might be short for a taller vehicle. The longer handle provides better leverage for scraping stubborn ice.

The locking button means the brush won't change position suddenly. I like the adjustable brush, since I use a different motion for sweeping off loose snow vs gathering the icy debris I've loosened with the scraper.

The only problem is the minimal snow we've been getting in central Maryland the last couple of years, which is giving me few opportunities to use my new brush! Recommended.

This bear claw, snow brush from oxo is really built-tough and functions well. The brush handle is ~22in long and has a bear-claw with a "twister" brush. The bear-claw is strong and ~1/4 to 1/8 inch thick. So it is quite sturdy. With the recent Mid-west storms, we had a good chance to test this to scrap the ice. works well. The only problem with scrapping is that the "grip" is at one end of the handle where as you need a tighter grip closer to the bear-claw for easy scrapping. Wish they had another soft grip closer to the bear claw as well.

The twister brush can be turned perpendicular or in-line with the handle by twisting it while pushing a button. This feature is very helpful - for example you can use in perpendicular mode to push snow down/away or the in-line mode to brush it away from the windshield or to the sides.

The brush itself is made sturdy and works very well for both brushing and scrapping. over all, a really nice snow brush.

We have 4 cars and 4 OXO Good Grips Twister Snow Brushes. They are the best I've use. The bristles are soft and will not scratch your paint.

This is a very effective snow and ice removal tool. The 22-inch handle makes this brush suitable for most cars. If you have a larger vehicle such as an SUV or pickup truck, I would recommend the telescoping version of this product. The end of the handle has the soft-touch grip. I only wish OXO would have made the grip area just a bit longer. The bristles on the snow brush are plentiful and do a great job with snow removal. It is called a "twister" because with the push of a button you can change the position of the bristles 90 degrees. This is a handy feature for pulling or pushing snow from your roof, hood or trunk. The ice scraper is made of a thick plastic which appears to be very durable. This is most definitely one of the best snow brushes I have ever purchased.

I used the OXO Good Grips Twister Snow Brush yesterday morning after we got 2 inches of wet snow overnight. It was very good at brushing the snow from the side windows of my car (using the typical side to side motion like regular snow brushes have) and from the hood of the car (twisting the brush to the pulling/pushing setting). Unfortunately, I have a Subaru Outback with roof mounted luggage rails necessitating the use of a longer handled brush or a stepladder to be able to reach all of the snow on top of the car. The OXO Good Grip Twister Snow Brush should have a telescoping handle to lengthen it so that one could actually reach all of the roof. I do like the twister brush idea, though. 3 Stars

I really like this snow brush. I live in Michigan and Lord knows we get snow. The ability to twist the brush so you can either brush or pull/push snow off the car is very nice. It's a bit pricey for a snow brush--at least in my mind--but if it holds up, I think the price can be justified. Four stars for now. Will have to see how it holds up (i.e., whether or not it breaks anytime soon) before I can give it a five-star rating.

Small enough to keep in my coupe. Being that it is being used for the first time this winter, it has promise. Quality of the plastic and rubber seems to hold up to abuse and the design is very well thought out.

This scraper/brush is so big and heavy that it's hard to maneuver and get a good angle with the scraper. Because the brush is so big, it tends to get in the way of laying the scraper flat on the window at the best angle. Though it is pretty long, I find placing the rotate button at the brush area is not very useful because are you really going to stop brushing, bring the scraper close to you, rotate the brush, then extend to continue brushing every time you need a different brush position? Much easier to just move your body. Definitely reduces the efficiency of the brush in general. If the weight was reduced by 1/2, then it would be a decent tool for your car. As it is, it's quite cumbersome and takes up a lot of room in the trunk.
