Ginger Peeler
Now when peeling ginger it is important to not use an actual peeler for the waste of product. Now if you don't feel like spending the extra money a spoon works just fine. Just how this design looks. A non-essential gadget
I love time-saving gadgets. This is one gadget I wish I had not purchased. I have gone back to using my vegetable peeler... this ginger peeler was a waste of money

The metal part is the spoon, but instead of an uncomfortable grip a spoon gives off this gives you an easy handle. I peel a lot of ginger so I decided to just make the splurge on this. Works great. Handle is comfortable and peels perfectly.

This great tool fits in the palm of my hand and makes peeling ginger easy -- especially around all the corners and irregularly shaped parts that I used to cut off and waste.
