This set is the greatest addition to a kitchen. It is perfect for housewarming gifts, graduation, wedding, divorce showers.... you name it, it is an all around crowd pleaser. My personal favorite is the potato peeler. I HATE peeling vegetables. It takes forever because it is easy to lose your handle when the juice of the vegetable gets your fingers wet. Except for this product. The size of the handle and the shape, material used make it the easiest peeler I've ever used. The can opener, also cuts down on effort. I have bought this for several people over time and they still comment on it. Excellent quality! Decent price!!

I was going to buy the $99 oxo set but I only really needed these core items. I wasn't sure how I'd like the large handles but I'm so happy I listened to the other positive review.

I imagine anyone with hand problems would love the large knob on the can opener. Also, I love the fact that the tongs have a lever at the top that you can pull to keep the tongs closed and push to open them. How many times have you pulled out tongs and almost taken an eye out when they spring open? That was a great feature to include.

I had a gadget holder already in my kitchen so I had a place to put them. Like I said earlier, if you want a bunch of gadgets and a holder than the other oxo product is for you. If you're looking for some core gadgets that are functional and modern looking then these will do the trick.

I'd highly recommend this product.

This was a gift for my daughter's first apartment. Tools include can opener, whisk, grater, ice cream scoop, tongs and vegetable peeler. Great price on this assortment of OXO tools! Purchased individually they would have been much more expensive. OXO quality is great. Tools came nicely packaged in a cylinder with pictures of the tools inside. Would make a nice wedding or housewarming gift! Recommended.

Good set. Great can opener and grater. Haven't used the ice cream scoop (still use my Pampered Chef) good peeler and tongs.
