I bought the original duster as an alternative to the disposable Swiffer pads. I loved it and used it so much that I quickly realized I needed a backup. When I get one pad really dirty (top of the bookshelves, anyone?), I don't need to do laundry before I can finish up my dusting. And it's reusable and not going into landfill. Sometimes the eco option isn't quite as good, but not in this case.

It picks up dust wonderfully well and is washable. I bought a refill when I purchased the duster and I'm glad I did. I always have the refill ready if I dust a really dirty area and need to switch off.

This is a great product for dusting. I do not like to dust but this product makes it easy for me to do this chore. Recommend to all.

I ordered this with a replacement cover thingy. I use it to clean the inside of my helicopter windshield, but it works great all around. I had tried the Swiffer disposables, but wanted to experiment with these. This duster has a much longer dusting surface and flexible body for inside curves, critical for my use. I was also able to clean in areas I have not been able to get to any other way as it is thin and long.
Washing this cover does obviously shorten it's life each time. It tends to come undone in different areas, but I just cut off the long stragglers each time. I figure it's got about 10 washings before it's done. I have two covers so it's not just an issue of mine being defective. In the big picture though, I get my monies worth as it is designed better and performs better than shorter disposables, and the cost works out about the same with the washable refills.

Great product and microfiber too. Cleans up beautifully in washer and good as new with no loss in cleaning ability.
