Excellent Slip-Ons
I'm just retiring these shoes now after purchasing them more than a year ago. They have served as my hiking boots, and I have put many many miles on them. The only reason they do not receive 5 stars is because they are weak at the seam of the suede and neoprene.

Cheap, Flimsy, Chinese Rubbish. Avoid!
I bought these toward the end of winter 2010. I've worn them no more than half a dozen times. I took a long walk in the woods this weekend and when I came home I noticed that the upper stitching on both shoes was coming apart. I'm not talking about a single stitch, either. The splitting was almost two inches long on the left shoe and an inch on the right. I've never seen...

I bought these toward the end of winter 2010. I've worn them no more than half a dozen times. There's no way a simple home glue repair is going to work on this. I'll have to take them to my local cobbler and see what his verdict is. In my opinion this is yet another example, as if we needed any more, of the rubbish being sent our way from China. This isn't the first time I've bought Chinese made shoes online only to be sorely disappointed. I don't know what the answer is because almost no one makes shoes in the USA anymore.

These Oakley's are without a doubt the best all round shoe i have ever owned, you can't tell there slip on, they are a little tough to break in, but its definitley worth it
