INFESTER (Not Germany circa 1930's!) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Oath of Black Blood (Audio CD)
What a brutal slab of NOISE!!

You just gotta laugh at the whole story behind this..the band was suppossed to record a full length but (maybe a rumor) spent it all on drug's!!

This is all just demo's thrown onto cd..but I am pleased! and beside's this is about as famous an underground album you could find..this band is gaining a cult following(they are no more)

THIS IS MANDATORY..NO DOUBT..SOME OF MY FAVE ARTWORK EVER AS WELL!! SPEAK's TO THE EVIL INSIDE US ALL, DOES IT NOT??!! WILL PUT YER HEAD THROUGH THE WALL!!

5.0 out of 5 stars bestial/black/death grind, July 25, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Oath of Black Blood (Audio CD)
Beherit's debut labum "oath of black blood" is nothing short of a classic on its own right. Raw brutal black/death/grind. Excellent mix of de deep gutural vox, and high shrieks, only for the true black metal fans.

3.0 out of 5 stars An unprepared warning shot for the madness to come, December 27, 2001
This review is from: Oath of Black Blood (Audio CD)
These demos were pressed to CD without the authorization of the band and as a result showcase mostly horrible garage production through which can be heard Sarcofago- and Blasphemy-influenced grinding black metal. This material is for underground maniacs only, where almost anyone with intelligence and an openness to creativity can appreciate the brilliance of "Drawing Down the Moon" or the epic symphony "Electric Doom Synthesis" which followed.
