I am almost 30 years old and my face starting breaking out just as bad as it did as a teenager before I went on Accutane. I was not wanting to go back on Accutane, and was SO GRATEFUL that this product was recommended to me by several sources. When my husband was in medical school, he did a rotation with a dermatologist who had LOTS of patients using parts of the Obagi system. My friend recommended the clenziderm kit for acne, and I can't believe what a miracle it has been. Really, my breakouts completely stopped once I started the cleansing system. My family was in town visiting a few weeks ago, and when I saw them again last weekend, they couldn't believe my face had cleared up! Seriously, I haven't had a single zit since I started, and I am going on 3.5 weeks. I am so happy and thrilled about the results of the obagi clenziderm system!

Yes, this particular part of the Clenziderm system can be harsh and dry out your face. I only use it at night, maybe 3 - 5 times a week and with some moisturizer in the morning, everything looks just fine. I love the way it makes my skin tingle... it really makes me feel like it's working!! :)

IM A 23 YEAR OLD FEMALE WHO SUFFERED FORM HORMONAL BREAKOUTS. THIS IS THE ONLY THING THAT HAS SAVED MY SKIN . I'VE BEEN USING THIS FOR 6 MONTHS NOW AND IT REALLY ZAPS THOSE PIMPLES OVERNIGHT. I ENCOURAGE ANYONE WHO HAS ACNE TO GIVE THIS A SHOT ITS SO WORTH IT!

I ordered the acne serum gel late at night on Wednesday and got it the following Monday. Appears to be in brand-new unopened condition. GREAT price. Will definitely order more products! :)

Although I do like the product I absolutely HATE the packaging. I really wish Obagi would change this to either a tube form or at least add a long straw to the inside of the bottle so I don't have to push the bottom of it. I've wasted product just trying to get some out! I can't tell you how many times I've struggled with pushing up on the bottom of this. The inside of the top is a mess!
Aside from this the product is great! Makes my skin look smoother, pores smaller and brightens my face.
If someone could suggest a better way to get this great product out, I'd really appreciate it.

A friend told me about Obagi and I am so glad I listened to her recommendation. I have been dealing with moderate Adult Acne for years and I was prepared to get laser treatment. Over the years(25-39) I have been to several Dermatologists (off and on)and have tried every oral & topical prescription available. I have also tried every over-the-counter and mail-order product on the market. You can only imagine how happy I am to finally get some positive results using the Obagi Clenziderm system for Normal to oily skin. Both the cleanser and toner are very mild and leave my face feeling cool and refreshed. Its also a really pretty purple color and smells good. My face is a little more sensitive to the Benzoyl Peroxide 5% Serum Gel but its very tolerable considering the great results. I have been using the system for 3 full weeks now and I have considerably less blackheads; therefore, I pick less so fewer pimples. My skin also feels softer and looks smoother.
I am going to continue with the Clenziderm for a few more months and if the positive results continue I will try the Obagi Nuderm to tackle some of my scarring. I will keep you

I have blackheads mostly...and oily skin. I tried this serum and it seems to go on with a rather oily feel to it. And oddly enough...it was rather drying...and thus made my skin pump out even more oil, with a once daily application. Perhaps if I lower the applications it may make a difference...but...I also broke out very soon after my first few days using this. Hmmm...who knows? I am gonna stick to it for a bit longer though.

The Obagi system is the best acne solution I've found in my ten years of searching! I still have a pimple or two around that time of the month, but my skin looks so much better!

This product is horrible. The bright yellow coloring in the product turns my skin bright yellow! The color stays even after I wash it off. I try to use it for spot treatment because I can't bare to throw it out after I paid so much for it. I don't even like using it for that, so it mostly takes up space in my cabinets waiting for its expiration date. Don't waste your money on this one.
