A great book with a free modelling tool and C++ code generator thrown in! Gives the reader a sound knowledge of OOD principles and how they apply to the C++ language. Should be used in conjunction with a good C++ book (Dietel & Dietel's C++ How to Program is excellent) to learn both OOD and the language itself.
