I truly wish I could review this book but I still haven't received it. This book was ordered on 11-21-10 and I was informed that it would be at my home by 12-14-10. Well, the new year is almost here and I still don't have the book. I was first informed that the post office delayed it. The second email stated that Homeland Security had delayed it. Now I was informed that the book wasn't in the United States inventory and had to be ordered from overseas where it was delayed by JFK security. Do you think I am getting the "run around"? I really would like to receive the book because I know I won't get any money back. Please anyone wanting to order from this merchant, be aware that there are problems with their shipping. Read all the feedback and decide for yourself. I certainly won't order from this merchant again.
