This valuable photography book contains iconic photographs by Avedon of famous celebrities, including Louis Armstrong, Marilyn Monroe, Judy Garland, Humphrey Bogart, Arthur Miller, Alfred Hitchcock, Mae West and many others. It contains hundreds of beautiful, large black and white portraits in Avedon's distinctive and candid style. The book is copyright 1959 by Simon and Schuster Publishers New York.
