Could have been titled a Handbook.,

A simelar book, which I think is better, is "A Physician's Guide to Return to Work," published by AMA press. The AMA book is shorter and snappier and has better definitions. The ACOEM has some practible material but often lapses into being a commentary instead of a summary.
