Received item in a timely manner. However, book is missing the first 10 pages and failed to mention that in the description. Contacted seller-no reply back. Could have at least apologized even if they were not aware of the situation. Will no longer be purchasing textbooks from this seller as I recommend for others as well.

I am required to purchase this book for my Occupational Therapy class. The book is strange the first page is number 625, but with the book came a DVD. Thinking that the DVD is a learning tool, wow great. No it isn't, it is just a DVD copy of the book same pages, same words. Pure redundant.
