Restoration projects, water treatment successes, and other protection activities are shown as well. Takes you through all the aspects of ocean life via pictures, but with the added bonus of good chunks of detailed text to go along. I'd say it's more "picture book" than text, but it's great to actually have text to back the pictures when you're wondering what that orange squiggly thing is.
