I say the above because I use this CD to fall asleep to...and I have yet to hear the last few songs, because I'm always fast asleep before the CD is over! There is nothing more relaxing than the sound of soft ocean waves and the tinkling of piano keys. Steve Halpern has done an excellent job with this CD. It is so relaxing that I've ordered it for my cousin, who has brain cancer and has trouble sleeping because of treatment. I am sure this CD will help calm her, and you.

A very interesting cd. At home, my dogs are the quality standard controllers. :-) This is indeed vey relaxing: one of my dogs started breathing along with the ocean, so close to it, that you could hardly distinguish her breathing from the sound of the ocean waves. Personally, I still prefer Halpern's Chakra Suite, but this is a very good cd for a healthy dose of daydreaming!

This is a wonderful cd to keep you calm at work and help restore your peace of mind. In The Flow and Waterfall are particularly charming tracks. The CD also contains three hidden tracks, the last of which is exclusively listening to the soothing sounds of the surf. It's truly a calming experience and particularly comforting to highly-stressed and supersensitive people.

I've been listening to Cdiscoveries on the radio. The programme featured some of the Halpern album on their ambiant radio service. Perfect for late night listening. I have some of Halpern's earlier dics and this changes the familiarity but has the relaxing mood established by the others in his collection.

Steven Halpern is a truly gifted musician who creates transformative escapes into sound and this is one of the Inner Peace Music Nature Series CDs. Piano is blended effortlessly with the sound of the ocean. Waves of sound mingle beautifully with the ocean to create a peaceful escape.

Steven Halpern's music is unique, deeply relaxing and has a beautiful spiritual purity that washes through your soul, clearing out negative emotions while you seem to take deeper breaths and nurture your body, soul and spirit.

I've been listening to Steven's music for almost seven years now and can say I'm very fortunate to have found this beautiful escape into sound. Some of the first CDs I heard were the subliminal CDs - Enhancing Self-Esteem and Enhancing Intimacy. Throughout the years I've listened to CD after CD and have found them all to be healing, nurturing and essential to my own spiritual growth.

Ocean Suite is also very relaxing to listen to in the evening or during the day and helps me feel more healthy, happy and alive. Often I've found that Ocean Suite and my other favorite, Lake Suite can take away daily stress in a matter of minutes.

Steven's sense of timing within a world of tone, space, silence and time creates a piano perfection. His playing is more like piano artistry as he paints soundscapes for inner peace.

Relaxing music also seems to calm down pets, my cat especially enjoys this CD and is currently sleeping very soundly on the desk in her favorite kitten basket with a cozy blankie.

This is one of Steven Halpern's best. It is so tranquil and relaxing. Close your eyes and you are at the ocean!

This CD is so relaxing, and the music is just beautiful. My favorite song is "Waterfall Rainbows". I highly recommend this CD, as well as his others.

I bought this for background music for acupuncture relaxation sessions. It works very well. One client did comment that he became too focused on the music and trying to figure out each instrument, but beyond that it was very good.

If you want to relax and mentally escape all the turmoil, sit back and listen to this CD. You won't regret it.

CD case was completely cracked when it arrived, but CD was in perfect condition. Love the music!
