The writing is stellar and the plot just intricate enough.
Although the mysteries I normally read tend to be the hard-boiled variety, I really enjoy the fun spirit of the Murder-by-Month series.
I finished reading this book because I live in northern Minnesota, otherwise I would have abandoned it after the first chapter.
