Yanoff's book has become something of a standard in this part of the world for want of a suitable replacement. There is no doubt it has good coverage of the topic, the colour photos are of good quality and distinguish it from much of the competition, and the text is generally detailed and informative. However the organisation and layout of the book are often confused and confusing. The index falls well short of what is expected and is often a source of great frustration.Hopefully a new edition will correct these failings and secure a more-deserved first choice status for this book. |
