Although perhaps a bit folksy early on, this text does what surgical texts are supposed to do: anatomy, basic prinicipals, disease states, and then treatment alternatives with understandable and detailed explanations. This review is from: Oculoplastic Surgery: The Requisites, 1e (Requisites in Ophthalmology) (Hardcover)
Although perhaps a bit folksy early on, this text does what surgical texts are supposed to do: anatomy, basic prinicipals, disease states, and then treatment alternatives with understandable and detailed explanations. As one who does only 50-75 plastic cases a year and is realtively isolated, this is the best general oculoplastic text I have found. Variously, anyone who can read, digest, and critique a 500+ page text overnight and at that find it too basic for daily use perhaps could, and definitely should, be writting us a better one...were the previous reader not anonymous I would be watching for it in print.
