3.0 out of 5 stars A cute mystery - in the good sense of the word cute, May 14, 2001
By A Customer
For those who like their mysteries British and with a sense of humor, this should be a lot of fun. The best way to describe Miss Seeton is a sort of Miss Marple-ish character with a daffy but insightful methodology. She is not an organized person in terms of presenting her thoughts, and by accident more than design seems to solve cases. But she is a delightful heroine of a certain age, the woman who sees things as they are, and the catalyst of more serendipitous accidents than a black hole. Recommended for a rainy day when you're not in the mood for anything serious. I'd give it 3 1/2 stars but the rating system doesn't allow for it.
