Heaven for Melodic Death Metal fans, March 31, 2008

What an amazing debut album. Wow. Really funky melodies and serious sledgehammer-to-the-nuts punch. Kaj Michelsson switches between high-pitched screaming and semi-low growls, both very well done. The Wake is an extremely talented up-and-coming band. Buy this album: you will crap your drawers.
Best tracks: The Neverending, Deep Silent Dead, Forever Nothing, Whenever I Suffer, and the last minute of Murder One (the opener)...*shudders with pleasure*
