As a smoker & pet owner, this stuff works great. However, it's hard to find anywhere, but the places who do carry it, sell it for around only 12 bucks. If you can't find it anywhere, I guess you'll have to pay this higher price. It works fine diluted with lots of water, so it lasts a real long time.

I have 3 dogs and 4 cats - so keeping the house clean and smelling fresh is a constant choir.

Then ... one of the cats started urinating in the front room ... and the smell was awful! I tried at least 6 or 7 cleaners/remedies and nothing worked. The smell always came back.

That is ... until I used OdoBan! One application and the smell is gone - never to have returned. I am impressed beyond words!!

It is multi-purpose --- can use it freshen furniture/clothing, clean carpets, air freshener, and to clean counter tops in the kitchen, etc.
Everything smells fresh and clean.

You won't be disappointed if you try this! It is the best money I have ever spent!

I have used this product for over 10 years, to keep a fresh and clean home, and a life filled with dogs, cats, infirm elders and active grandchildren a possible combination. It deodorizes cement floors, decks, hardwood and tile floors,fabrics, surfaces, and kills germs. I generally do heavy duty cleaning first with bleach and/or Lysol, but the finishing touch is alway Odoban. Also great in the car for upolstery, etc. And it smells wonderful, not industrial. Disinfectant power must be there, as creatures here are never victim to the list of evils on the bottle. I use two gallons a year, and that is daily use.

We had problems with a musty damp smell in our basement. OdoBan really did the job of not just masking the smell but eliminating it as well. I use this stuff for cleaning everything now. I even put a capful in a load of laundry.

You absolutely NEED this stuff!!! It is well worth the money...it was recommended by our vet when we asked about a product to remove urine smell..(doggy likes to mark his territory! LOL)...this stuff erases odors like NO other product I have ever used and I have used them ALL! It's also useful in laundry...1 cup per wash erases any mildew smell from wet towels or clothing left in a laundry basket, gym bag, etc. It is also a fabric softener. I never do a load of laundry without it anymore. Can even be used in a carpet cleaner...this product ROCKS!!

Sewer backed up and flooded basement. Scrubbed floor with OdoBan and nasty smell totally gone. Works really well.

OdoBan is flat out amazing. Diluted in a mop bucket, it makes the whole house smell clean and fresh. A few drops in the litterbox (when washing it) and no more stale kitty smell. Garbage cans? No problem. A bit in the rinse cycle of laundry gets rid of even the worst smells: Mildew, sweat, "cat," etc.

I have used this for many years. I even use it in the stable to keep the stalls fresh, just spray the mats before the shavings go in.
Spray inside of the a/c returns.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this product. A friend (with lots of pets)introduced me to it about a year ago......now I hate to be without. It has mulitple uses; cleaning,laundry,air spray, fabric spray (better than Fabreez and has a lovely light smell.
