Odyssey believes you can overcome a ton of adversity on the golf course--including nasty rough and deep sand traps--but that you live or die on the green. Solid Putter for the $,

I am 10 handicap left-handed golfer and thought I would give the Phil putter a try. I have to say - it is a solid putter with great feel.
Plusses: Reasonable investment, consistent feel, easy alignment line, looks great, easy distance control on slow greens Minusses: Not a heavy enough putter to putt on really fast greens (go with the Black) If you are trying to deloft your putter like Phil does with a forward hand press, this putter is not for you! This putter does not have sufficient loft to do a huge forward press with your hands at address - you will simply skid the ball which is not desirable. If you are trying to do that stroke you will need a putter with more loft than this. I believe this putter is appropriate for all handicaps. Recommended to my friend and he also enjoys the putter.

I recently purchased the Odyssey White Hot Tour #9 Putter, I have only had a chance to use this putter twice as our golf season is about done. The putter is well balanced and has great feel to it. I have used an older Odyssey model until now, what a difference, the insert has a softer yet still firm feel, I have tried several balls at the same time on the putting green to check reaction, Pro V1, Taylormade TP Black and Bridgestone 330. All react well and the roll is smooth, no hopping. When you set up over this putter, it just looks great, and what a great price. I am extremely pleased with Amazon and this purchase. I am a 10 handicap and play at least once a week. P.S. I am also a golf course Superintendent and this price is way better than my own Pro-shop could do.

I bought the Odyssey White Hot Tour #9 one month ago and played it since then several times.
The putter offers a very good, solid feeling and the handling is perfect. The balance is near to the heel where the shaft is placed. I played a center shaftes taylor made putter before and there is no comparison to the odyssey. OK maybe its a little psychologic attitude because my idol Phil Mickelson plays/played this type of putter. But nevertheless this putter lovered my putting score about 1 stroke on the green. The short puts of about 1 - 2 meters, which i often pulled and for that was not able to make it in the hole, are much better with this putter. now i score about 90 % of this putts. I am very pleased with the Odyssey White Hot Tour and can recommend it to nearly every golfer, but i think he offers the most advantage for better golfers who are able to handle a heel shafted putter because the look and alignment is complete different to the standard putters. 2115|R2KA1IG31J01V;2115|RYG6H6K1QQKZ;2115|RGZMQ2I4OCBB3;
