As another review stated, poor design on the glass sleeve. The acrylic wine glasses were broken because forced into such a tight space. The zipper didn't work properly due to the tightness. I wouldn't recommend this product... go for something a bit more expensive.

I bought this for the glasses, basically. I like to watch my wife play volleyball in the park and have a glass or two of wine while doing so. The bag works well for this (holds two bottles along with the glasses) and the acrylic glasses are good, too. I've used it at least 10 times already this summer, and it's held up well.

I bought this on vacation in the US to enjoy with my girlfriend. The first thing I noticed when I recieved the package was that it just had an overall cheap feel to it. Thin material, especially in the shoulder strap, etc. Still I thought I'd bring it back to Korea with me and get some good use out of it.

Several weeks went by before we had a chance to actually use it, but when we finally did, the zipper on the sleeve containing the acrylic glasses was jammed and wouldn't budge. Considering that we were using the bag for it's intended purpose (a picnic situation with no other wine glasses around), plus knowing that the cost of returning the item from Seoul back to the US would likely outweigh the cost of the item, I used my pocket knife to cut the fabric around the zipper to get the glasses out.

After cutting the sleeve open, I STILL couldn't get the glasses out because they're jammed so tightly in there. Even though I was as careful as I could be, BOTH of the glasses ended up cracked as I tried to get them out. They didn't even crack at the same time and I was trying to be as careful as I could.

I still want to get a nice wine travel bag but next time I'll spend a few bucks more to get something nicer.
