A refreshing and honest change!!!,

This review is from: Offender Profiling: An Introduction To The Sociopsychological Analysis Of Violent Crime (American Series in Behavioral Science and Law) (Paperback)
After reading for several years the virtual propaganda that seems to have become the unfortunate norm in the field of criminal profiling a book has finally emerged which honestly and most importantly - objectively - canvasses all of the work in this area. Without a doubt this book is a significant triumph for anyone who seriously wants to 'learn' about criminal profiling as opposed to simply reading the usual aggrandizing rubbish so many authors in this field seem to produce. The book gives readers an excellent insight into the field and explains the strengths and weaknesses of the research - warts and all. For its objectivity alone I would give this book 10/10.
