In case you want to download the tracks featuring Eric Alexander on saxophone, they are tracks 2, 5 and 7 only. The remaining tracks feature the piano trio headed up by Larry Willis, who plays very straight-ahead.

A good and enjoyable record but nothing really catches fire, and one wonders if Alexander's tenor had appeared on more tracks if there might have been a temperature rise. There is a certain novelty to hearing the theme from Start trek jazzed up, but aside from that passing effect, there is really nothing happening here. Great background on a Sunday afternoon.
