1.0 out of 5 stars I agree with all these bad reviews!, April 7, 2010
This review is from: Officejet Pro L7780 Network-ReadyInkjet Color Printer/Fax/Scanner/Copier (Personal Computers)
I agree with every bad review this printer has had. Absolutely the worst offering from HP printers. My OfficeJet L7780 is less than two years old and has started spitting plastic parts from the output tray while running a print job! Since it is just slightly out of warranty Amazon.com or HP will not even bother to talk to me. Doesn't every small business use a printer for more than two years?! Run away from this product!

1.0 out of 5 stars Don't buy this device, whatever you do!, July 6, 2009
This review is from: Officejet Pro L7780 Network-ReadyInkjet Color Printer/Fax/Scanner/Copier (Personal Computers)
Our problems with this all-in-one are too numerous to list, but here's a summary of the major ones: paper jams, defective power module, and defective printer head connections. Our experience with HP "customer support" has been beyond frustrating. We bought this piece of junk in April 2009 and it has been operational for only about one week since then (despite 30 or more emails to HP and countless hours on the phone with them). This morning we received a replacement (same model) from HP (because ours was still under warranty) and guess what?!? It has the exact same problems. A local office supply store representative told us they had so many customer complaints about this device that they pulled the entire 7700 line from their shelves. So why does HP continue to sell it/pretend to provide support for it? DON'T BUY THIS MODEL, WHATEVER YOU DO!

1.0 out of 5 stars hunk of s%!*, July 4, 2009
This review is from: Officejet Pro L7780 Network-ReadyInkjet Color Printer/Fax/Scanner/Copier (Personal Computers)
The worst printer I have ever worked with in 23 years. The paper feed is very user unfriendly and completely unreliable, both for loading the paper in and getting a printed product out. It's very noisy; I can hear it 2 floors down. It practically shuts itself down for several minutes at arbitrary intervals to do some sort of system check, not that performance improves when its done. DO NOT BUY!
