Pros: I got it for a good price (~$12), so price-wise, it was worth it.

Cons: The capacity is more like 12 pages than 20. If it's 12 pages or less, it isn't so bad but definitely not as easy as the light touch hole punchers. But anything more than 12 pages takes a TREMENDOUS amt of effort, and even then, I have never traversed pass 17 pages.
