I , too thought this would be a little bigger, but it fits the description. The three long vertical spaces are good for scissors, pens, etc. The two top wells are great for paper clips and other small items. But the six swing-out storage bins are small in width/length and very shallow. I could not find anything to put in them. Everything I needed to have handy was either too long or too tall to fit. I ordered another desk caddy that is a bit larger and has larger bins. I'll use this one someplace, but it is not very useful if you want someting to keep all of your supplies at hand on your desktop.

Very poorly packaged, placed in box with air pillows on top. The unprotected side was cracked and broken. The cold weather probably played a role in this, however, this item is a hard plastic and should have been surrounded with some sort of padding.

I am awaiting replacement, as it was shipped by Amazon. I hope this time, the packaging will be better. My little box with pens, SD cards, and thumb drives will have to stay there until the new one arrives.

Being able to see what I need through the clear plastic is why I ordered this item, and it doesn't take up a lot of desk space.

Perfect. Small footprint on desktop and lots of handy storage for all those little things right at your fingertips. Very pleased.Good value.

Item stores lots of items without taking up too much desk space. Makes my small desk space a lot more useable.

A wonderful product at a reasonable price. Nicely designed. Good but not great construction. Compact and ergonomic. Edges are polished and/or beveled [thus, safe to leave exposed where children or pets might get to it -- depending on what you store in it, of course!

Context: my wife was reorganizing our walk-in closet. She suggested I do the same with my desk. This organizer became a pivotal component of that redesign.

The organizer is compact with [6] swing-out, pivoting drawers and two drawers on top, same capacity. I got the "clear plastic" version; I can now easily see what is in the eight front drawers. Behind the drawers are [3] vertical compartments of differing depths; even the shallowest of the three can accommodate standard sized pens and pencils. The vertical compartments are wide enough to contain just what I need on top of my desk -- but small enough, relatively, to force me to triage carefully what I can and should store in the organizer.

Recap: Durable, clear plastic organizer with [8] drawers and [3] vertical compart- ments. Nicely designed. Well-constructed. No sharp edges. Ergonomically designed as far, for example, angle of top drawer and vertical compartments. Reasonably priced. Compact but with good capacity. This organizer won't make it into the MOMA colection; but it will help you organize and better use your desk!

it's exaclty like the photo but its pretty small. or at least i thought it would be a little bigger. I do like it and use it all the time so that's a good thing :)
