I use chairs similar to this at work and have always liked the style. This chair is exactly what I expected it to be, but I didn't realize HOW comfortable it was until I compared it to the chair it replaced. It has very firm padding, but ergonomically it puts you in a very comfortable seating position. At the same time it doesn't form you into one seating position, so you can shift your body around some as well. Assembly time was maybe 30 minutes, and mine does have adjustable arm rests. If you find executive chairs extremely uncomfortable, then give this one a try. I'll take function over looks any day of the week!

Not a bad chair. From the pictures it looked like it had adjustable arms, though it doesn't. I know it doesn't say it anywhere so I'm not blaming the profile. It is pretty comfortable and feels well made, and the adjustments have large ranges. Only other knock on it was the shipping condition. Chair was not packaged well and the box came in really crappy condition. Other than that I am happy with the chair, not the best, but for the price its solid.
