I got this item to use in my curl training. I have shots from 4 pounds to the full 16 pound shot and do reverse curls on my bicep / forearm day. As a personal trainer, I have clients carry the shot in a farmer's walk to improve their grip strength. I think I got a great value on this product and it will never wear out!
